The first disqualification dis-qualification of tho Latonla meeting occurred in tho fourth raco today when Fireman, which finished thlrn, was placed last, and tho show position given to Colston. Roonoy, on Flremnn, was fined $100 and suspended for ten days for fouling Colston on tho back stretch. Any Port, coming with a rush in the "final sixteenth, overtook Hnzel Burke and won tho race by a length. In the second race Nictate throw Jockey Ross shortly after leaving the paddock. All efforts to get the horso under control proved futile and the ontry was withdrawn. Results: First race, four and a half furlongft Sauce, straight, $7.00. won.
