Show ESTATE OF A KEMEffjt 1NER John Spackmanpf North Ogden has petitioned tho district court to appoint ap-point him administrator of the estate of John Shepard, deceased He re lates In his petition that Shepard died Intestate at Norh Ogden, August C, 1911, leaung an estate valued at about $750, consisting of personal property The petitioner states that the do-ceased do-ceased has on deroslt In the First National bank of Kemmorer, Wyoming, Wyom-ing, about $300 In cash and that he also had at the time of his death certificates cer-tificates of deposits In the samo bank for $315, besides having $94 In cash on his perscnw Two sons, residing In England, survive sur-vive the deceased,, but Mr Spackman being a credllorjof the deceased petitions pe-titions for letters of administration The names Of ttio two boys are not known to the petltlonor but an effort is being mado to got Into communication communi-cation with them so as to adviso them of their father's death It will be 'recalled that Mr Shepard died at the residence of Mr Spackman Spack-man In North Oiden, Sunday, he having come from Kemmerer. Wyoming Wyom-ing He was a coal miner and had been working at Kemmerer and Dta-mondvllle Dta-mondvllle for some time past He was a man 55 years of age. and his healh falling him, he came to Mr Spack-man's Spack-man's place for succor He was given the bast of care it thr Soackman home, nothing for his comfort being loft undone. |
