, WESTERN UNION MEN SWAP JOBS AFFLECK BACK AT MILFORD. BURNS TO BLACKFOOT, IDA. John ("Speed") Affleck returned to Milford from Blackfoot, Idaho, last Friday, and will again be in charge of the local office of the Western Union Telegraph company. J. E. Bums, who has been the Milford manager man-ager since late last summer, departed depart-ed with Mrs. Burns for Blackfoot, the two Western Union men exchang- ing offices. Mr. Burns came from Blackfoot originally. Mr. Affleck announces new hours which will find the local office open, effective at once. The office hours are now from eight until noon in the morning, and from one-thirty to five-thirty five-thirty in the afternoon. The office will also be open in the evening from seven to eight. These hours were put into effect last .Friday. 0
