Show WILL ELECTROCUTE FLIES AND INSECTS The Beaver Bridge Dairy Farm, operated by Sam O. White, is adopting adopt-ing a new method of eliminating flies and insects in their dairy rooms and barns, as another step toward perfect per-fect sanitation at this dairy. Electrocution is the means to be employed. Mr. White has purchased three screen doors, -the wires of ' which are charged with a four-vol't battery. While the charge is not sufficient suf-ficient to be felt by a person, it is ; fatal to all flies, moths, bugs and in- ' sects of all kinds 'that come in con- i tact with the screen. In addition to the screens a special portable elec-trocutor elec-trocutor is being installed by Mr. White, which operates by the same system, but is illuminated to draw the insects at night. It is claimed that this new sys'teir of electrocution is the most effective means of destroying pests. The Shepherd Creamery is also contemplating con-templating installing a similar system. sys-tem.
