Show CAULIFLOWER CROP IS READY FOR SHIPMENT Cauliflower shipments from Utah's greatest, be;'. and now most renowned district in the western country, are to start in earnest Tuesday of next week. The first carload of the de-j lectable vegetable will go out next Tuesday, and its destination will be: Chicago, where last year the Gunni-1 son Valley product became famous and in great demand. The first carload car-load will comprise approximately 512 crates. Eleven crates were sent out last week, going ';o Salt Lake for the local marts. With the starting of the shipments next week, regular consignments con-signments will go forward each week, and the latter pa:'; of September will see the peak of the shipments.
