Show PETERSON ENTERS I , PLEA OF NOT GUILTY j Appearing yesterday afternoon for arraignment in the District Court, Henry E. Petersen who is charged with assault with a deadly weapon with inter', to do bodily harm in connection con-nection with the shooting of Dr. Pres-tonn Pres-tonn L. Jones last March, entered a plea of "not guilty" and his case was continued until the opening day of '.he next regular term of court in this county, which is about the middle I of November. '' Judge Harris of Logan came down j in Burton's stead to take the arraign-j arraign-j ment, which was a very quiet affair with only the officers of the Com'l and a press representative present.
