Commencing at the Southwest Corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 16, Township 31 South, ' Range 7 West, Salt Lake Meridian and running thence East 508.3 feet; thence North 44 deg. 47' East 1,153 feet; thence North 502 feet; thence West 80 rods; thence South 80 rods to the place of beginning.
