NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE Civil No. 6622 Pursuant to an Order of Sale, and Summary Judgment and Decree in Foreclosure in the above entitled action, I will sell at Sheriff's Sale on the 6th day of August 1975, at 10 o'clock a.m. at the front entrance of the Iron County Court House situated at 83 South 100 East in Parowan, Utah, the following described property and assets: Parcel No. 1 of Real Property: Commencing North 130.0 feet and East 822.8 feet from the . Southwest corner of the Northeast Nor-theast quarter Southwest quarter of Section 10, Township 36 South, Range 11 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, and running thence North 60 feet; thence East 129.5 feet; thence South 60 feet; thence West 129.5 feet, to the place of beginning. Together with all improvements, privileges and appurtenances, SUBJECT HOWEVER, to the lien of a Trust Deed made by Morrill G. Stout and Karren C. Stout, his wife, as Trustors, in favor of Prudential Federal Savings and Loan Association, as Beneficiary, recorded in the office of the County Recorder of Iron County, Utah, as Entry No. 166093, in Book 179, Pages 95-96, given to secure the payment of a Note made by said Trustors, to said Beneficiary, upon which there is a principal balance of $18,590.01 remaining unpaid, $680.00 of which is past due, and the remaining balance thereof is payble at the rate of $170.00 per month on the 1st day of each month beginning August 1, 1975; and the sum of $181.15 now due on delinquency charges and cost items charged against the signers of said Trust Deed. Parcel No. 2 of Real Property: Commencing at the Southwest corner of Section 24, Township 33 South, Range 9 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, and running thence North 160 rods; thence East 40 rods; thence South 160 rods; thence West 40 rods, to the place of beginning.
