Stratton181 South 200 East, Cedar City, Utah 84720, proposes to correct the nature of use of 40.0 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by Segregation Appl. 15650-a, a-6298. The water has been diverted from an 8-inch well, 250-350 ft. deep at a point S. 320 ft. and E. 1320 ft. from W'4 R9W; and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 40.0 acs. in S'iNW, SW.4, SNE, W'.zSE'i, NEi4SE'-4 Sec. 33; SW.4NW4, NWUSWU Sec. 34, all T33S, R9W. Hereafter, 40.0 ac. ft. of water out of a total of 160 ac. ft. of water at points: (1) S. 2590 ft. and W. 65 ft.; (2) S. 2090 ft. and W. 1345 ft.; (3) S. 2985 ft. and W. 1775 ft., all from N'4 Cor. Sec. 3, T34S, R9W (3 mi. Halterman, Parowan, Utah 84761, proposes to change the point of diversion, place of use of 40.0 ac. ft. of water out of a total of 160.0 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by a deeded portion of Segregation App. 20263-a (75-67). The water has been diverted from two wells: (1) 14-inch well, 600 ft. deep; (2) 16-inch well, 300-700 300-700 ft. deep at points : ( 1 ) N. 1545 ft. and E. 1315 ft. from SW Cor. The water has been diverted from an existing well at a point N. 80 ft. and E. 970 ft. from S'4 Cor. Sec. 25, T35S, R17W; and used from Mar. 15 to Nov. 1 for the irrigation of 7.0 acs. in SMSE'4 Sec. 25, T35S, R17W. - Hereafter, 28.0 ac. ft. out of a total of 179.60 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from an existing 16-inch 16-inch well, 400 ft. deep at a point S. 90 ft. and W. 2600 ft. from EV4 Cor. Sec. 17, T36S, R16W (42 mi. south of Beryl Junction); and used from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 for the supplemental irrigation of 149.60 acs. but limited to the sole supply of 7.0 acs. in NEV4 Sec. 17, T36S, R16W. The water has been diverted from an existing well at a point N. 80 ft. and E. 970 ft. from SV4 Cor. Hereafter, 80 ac. ft. of water out of a total of 179.60 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from a 16-inch 16-inch well, 247 ft. deep at a point N. 80 ft. and W. 665 ft. from SE Cor.
