Show So. Ut. Const, heads Softball League Southern Utah Construction behind the excellent pitchina of Val Peterson have compiled a record of five wins and no losses to lead the Cedar City Softball Association race after three weeks of play. League standings are as follows: So. Utah Const 5 0 Pizza Factory 5 1 Arctic Circle 3 2 Coleman Company 3 2 Ballistics Shop 1 4 Rolling Rubber 1 4 Cedar Products 0 5 Other pitchers who have been outstanding in the first three weeks include: Dave Braegger and Ceroge Nakken of Pizza Factory; Terry Price, Arctic Circle; Gary Carter, Coleman Company; Mort Skougaard, Ballistics Shop and Rick Jones, Rolling Rubber. Defense and offense has been outstanding by several members of all teams. Good ball and clean fun has made this an outstanding season thus far, it is reported by Cliff Reese. |
