If you do it the same time every day, and never miss a day, you will find that it becomes a very easy and healthful habit. In the morning, stretch either before or after rising from your bed. If your daily work routine docs not include physical effort, do a few set up exercises each day. These will strengthen muscles of the stomach and back to produce better posture. When walking or standing, be erect, with stomach in. chest out, back straight. Correct posture keeps your spine in line and your vital nerve channels open and functioning at full capacity. Develop an exercise routine and stick to your schedule. Ask your doctor of chiropractic about exercises which will help you to ii. prove your posture, appearance ap-pearance and general health.
