Show Royce Chamberlain to accept gavel at Annual Chamber Banquet Royce Chamberlain,- Cedar City insurance man, will assume the presidency of the Cedar City Chamber of Commerce at the annual Election banquet to be held this evening, Thursday, at the Town and Country Restaurant. Chamberlain will take over the reign of the Chamber from Max Miller, who served during the 1975 year. Chamberlain was elected vice president and president-elect last year. Special speaker at the Chamber affair will be Bob Welti, popular Television personality per-sonality from Salt Lake City. Welti is expected to speak on the subject of news and the impact of news as its relates to the needs of people. Ten candidates have been named and balloting has been conducted by mail for the past several weeks to named five members of the Chamber Board of Directors. Winners of the election will be named at the banquet. Nominees include: Mrs. Gaya Greenhalgh, owner of Gi Gi's. Devon Reeves, owner of Reeves Janitorial Service. Terry Wilson, manager of Coleman Co. Lou Szepi, manager of Cedar City Products Co. Steve Cottam, manager of Sprouse Reitz. Kent Peterson, clerk-treasures of the Iron County School Board. Alex Beal, owner of Beat's Texaco Service. Harry Parry, project director for Earth Sciences. Lorraine Juvelin, Cedar City editor of the Color Country Spectrum. Frank Nichols, salesman for D. W. Corry Real Estate Co.
