Show LADIES OF ELKS Members of the Ladies of Elks attended an early morning morn-ing breakfast hold Thursday, June 15, at the College Ranch. Hostesses for the breakfast were President Ann Edwards and her officers. The members attending wore hats which they had made and prizes for the most original wont to Dorothy Dor-othy Urie, LeOnia Miller and Ruth Week. Yodeling contest was won by Joy Crawford and Roena Ashdown. Western singing sing-ing was won by Idona Jackson Jack-son with Barbara Nelson winning win-ning the door prize. Enjoying a week's vacation In Tucson, Ariz, wore Arleen and Joan Perry, daughters of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph L. Perry. They stayed with Mr. Perry's sister, Mrs. Willard Barnett. Mrs. Barnett brought the girls as far as Flagstaff, Ariz, where they were met by their parents par-ents for the return trip home. |
