Farnsworth claimed claim-ed Miss Ann Wirthlin as his bride in a double-ring ceremony cere-mony performed June 8 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Officiating Of-ficiating at the nuptial exchange ex-change was Elder Harold B. Lee of the Council of the Twelve. The new Mrs. Farnsworth is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph B. Wirthlin, 932 Mili-1 tary Drive, Salt Lake City. The bridegroom is the son of Dr. and Mrs. Reed W. Farns- Farnsworth was at the guest j book. Assisting in the dining room were Mrs. Loren Whetten Mrs. Tneron Ashcroft, Mrs. j Neil Boyter, Mrs. Clyde Hig-bee, Hig-bee, Mrs. Robert Garuner, Mrs. 1 Kumen Gardner, Mrs. Morgan Slack, Mrs. Elwood Corry, Mrs. j Clarence Sandberg and Mrs. Ralph Webb. Serving were Miss Linda Whetten, Miss Susan Su-san Seaman, Miss Judy Ashcroft Ash-croft and Miss Marion Brock-hoff. Brock-hoff. Carrying out a color scheme of vellow and white, the house worth, 223 South 200 West, Cedar Ce-dar City. After the temple ceremony the couple was feted at a wedding breakfast at Log Haven in Millcreek by the bridegroom's parents. That evening the bridal couple greeted guests at a reception at Bonneville Ward Salt Lake City. The bride wore a floor-length floor-length white satin gown fashioned fash-ioned with an empire waist. I was decorated with white chrysanthimums, white candles, cand-les, bouquets of yellow iris also al-so bouquets of red peonies. Centerpiece for the serving table, in the dining room, was , elevated on cherub stands consisting of yellow and white chrysanthimums acc ented with babybreath. Also yellow tapers centered in a wreath of yellow and white daisies. The newlyweds honeymon- ed to Bryce Canyon where they are employed for the summer. The bride graduated from the University of Utah this spring. There she has been a member of Mu Phi Epsilon, the U of U Symphony and of the freshman cabinet. Mr. Farnsworth graduated with honors from the College of Southern Utah where he served as president of Sigma Tau Sigma. He fulfilled an LDS mission to Cumorah. While attending CSU he received re-ceived the Citizenship Award and received the Presidential Award Scholarship to the University Un-iversity of Utah. He will enter the School of Medicine in the fall at the U of U. ! Prenuptial parties were given giv-en by Mrs. Orson M. Rogers, Mrs. Joseph L. Wirthlin, Mrs. Thomas O. Parker, Mrs. David B. Wirthlin, Mrs. T. Wayne Thornton, Mrs. Rex Skidmore, Mrs. Briant Smith, Mrs. Ben Glade, Mrs. Grant Robison, imported lace covered the bodice bo-dice and the sabrina neck line was trimmed with seed pearls. The gown featured a chapel train which fell from the waist. Completing the ensemble en-semble for the bride was her shoulder-length veil caught in front with white roses and her bouquet of white carnations, carna-tions, roses and white orchids. Attendants wore matching floor-length gowns of yellow dotted swiss featuring the empire em-pire waist line and square neck trimmed with yellow and white daisies. They carried car-ried yellow carnation nosegays accented with daisies. Matron of honor was the bride's sister, sis-ter, Mrs. John Parker. Maid of honor was Miss Joan Farnsworth, Farns-worth, sister of the bridegroom. bride-groom. Bridesmaids were all sisters of the bride, Madeline, Rebecca, Carol, Katherine and Elizabeth Wirthlin. Saturday evening, June 10, an open house was held in honor of the newlyweds by Dr. and Mrs. Reed W. Farnsworth, at their home in Cedar City. During the open house Jerold W.
