Show NOTICE OF BOND ELECTION THE BOARD OF EDUCATION OF IRON COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT. UTAH PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a special election will be held in Iron County School District, Iron County, State of Utah, on the 15th day of March, V.Kit!, at which election there shall be submitted to the registered voters who have paid a property tax within said district dis-trict during the year next preceding pre-ceding such election, the following follow-ing question, to wit: "Shall the Board of Education of Iron County School District, Iron County, State of Utah, be authorized to issue and sell j I bonds of the District in tin-amount tin-amount of $800,000 to mature j serially in not more than eleven ele-ven (11) years from their dat-and dat-and to bear interest at a ratr or rates not in excess of 4'4 per annum, for the purpose ot raising money for purchasing school sites, for building , or purchasing one or more school houses, and supplying th? same with furniture and necessary nec-essary apparatus, and for improving im-proving school property under the charge of the Board of Education?" Edu-cation?" The polls at each polling place shall be opened at the hour of 7 o'clock a. m. and shall be kept open until and will be closed at the hour of 8 o'clock p. m. There is to be no special registration reg-istration of voters for such election elec-tion and the official register of voters last made or revised shall constitute the register for such election, except that the County Clerk of Iron County will register reg-ister at his office during regular office hours, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, and except ex-cept during the ten day period Immediately preceding the bond election, any person who on the i day of the election will be a qualified elector and will register regis-ter such person as provided by law. The County Clerk will make available or will cause the registration regis-tration agents to make available Feb. 17, 24, March 3, 10, 1966 at each of the above described ' polling places a registration list or copy thereof listing all registered regis-tered electors entitled to use suoh polling place. Notice is further given that on Monday, Mar. 21, 1966, that being be-ing a day not later than 10 days after said election, the Board of Education will meet at its regular regu-lar meeting place in Cedar City at 7:30 o'clock p. m. and canvass the returns and declare the results re-sults of said election.
