Show 4-H Riding Horse Club is Being Organized in Cedar A 4-II riding horse club is being be-ing organized in Cedar City under un-der the leadership of Wendel Stewart, former County Agent from Kansas. The membership of the club will be limited to approximately ap-proximately 30 members, with room for just a few more to sign up. The program will begin with the first meeting to be held on Wednesday, March 16, at 7:30 p. k Km. n . m. in the Cedar City Public Library. Li-brary. The regular evening meetings meet-ings will be held every two weeks for the next 12 weeks, with colored color-ed films and instruction for the entire group. The 4-11 riding club from Parowan will participate in these meetings. The demonstrations and practice prac-tice sessions on care, training and use of the riding horse, will be held on Saturdays, as later announced. an-nounced. Boys and girls between 10 and 18 years of age who are interested interest-ed in the club, should check with the Extension office in the Bulloch Building for details. |
