Show ISWS KOTES OF SUMLTIT ACTIVITIES Mrs. Hulda tVersoa Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Deevers re-cently re-cently returnel from Irlvlday, British West Indies. They with their two sons, Jackie, who has been with them, and Roger, who has been stationed with Navy at Long Beach, Calif., and Mrs. Nell Duver of Westminister, Calif., visited with Mr. and Mrs. Hyrum Humpherys and family last i week. Mrs. Minnie D&lley made a trip to American Fork during the week to visit with Mr. and Mrs. Oren Zuefelt. On her return she was accompanied by Mrs. Mar-Jorie Mar-Jorie Zuefult for a visit with friends here. Lyle and Ray Farrow spent the week end with their families. Many Summit people were In attendance at the Stake program in Parowan Saturday night. Summit students graduating from Cedar Junior High School Friday were LaRae Farrow, Con-nie Con-nie Davenport, Francis Farrow Bryce Stapley. Mr. and Mrs. Wallace Hulet of Parowan were visitors . at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Wllfora Lawrence last week. Mr. and Mrs. Boyd Lawrence and three children of San Diego, Calif., spent the week end visiting visit-ing with Mr. Lawrence's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Wilford Lawrence, and with his brother Alma and sister Louise and their families. Mr. and Mrs. Boyd Walker and son Robert and diughter Rolayne made a business trip to Salt Lake City last week end. Mr. and Mrs. Ted Fife and son Cillman spent Saturday with their son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. David Urle, one day during the week. Mr. and Mrs. Gale Adams of Cedar City visited with the Hulet families here Monday. Mrs. Alta Milne of Salt Lake City made a short call at the home of Mrs. Hulda Peterson last Friday. Samuel Stuckl of Kaysville spent Sunday evening with Mrs. Peterson. Mrs. Minnie Dalley took her M. L A. class to Parowan Saturday Satur-day for the Swarm Day program. Aaronlc Priesthood gave the program in Sacrament meeting with Jack Davenport, Dick Fife, Leon Dalley, Hy Humpherys and Bryce Stapley giving talks, and Arden Richards and Pauline Hulet Hu-let singing a duet. Glen Halter-man Halter-man and Bud Armstrong of the Stake High Council were in attendance. at-tendance. Mrs. Nettle Dalley visited with her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Peddle Bayles, last week. Mrs. Fern Skougard of Parowan Paro-wan visited at the home of Mrs. Hulda Peterson one day this week. |
