Show Cedar High School Students Receive Activity Awards and Scholarships Activity awards and scholarships were distributed to sluduiils uf the Ll'dar Lily High" School at a special assembly assem-bly held Friday morning. A total of 28 graduating seniors received the coveted activity award, 31 scholarships were presented and special recognition was given three other students. Activity awards are given to students who participated participat-ed in a required number of extra-curricular activities. Points are given to students for various jobs and activities activi-ties in which they participate with those acquiring a certain cer-tain number belne awarded the certificate. Points are accumulated accumu-lated throughout the student's high school career. The award Is made by the American Education Educa-tion Publication and a certificate certifi-cate of appreciation was awarded award-ed the school by Radio Station KSUB for help in reporting the school's events. |
