Show Utah's Anglers Reminded of Code of Conduct The Utah Department of Fish and Game again today .reminded anglers to know the rulesnd-regulations rulesnd-regulations governing their sport before going afield. With an expected 175,000 fish-ing fish-ing the state's waters come opening open-ing day, June 1, the department also reminded sportsmen that the rules of good conduct should also be practiced to Insure the future of the sport, especially as It applies to private land and trespass. Many of the state's streams and other waters are reached only by crossing private lands. Permission to trespass and then . care In using these lands will assus-that you can come back another time. The department also noted I that some changes In angling regulations are made necessary each year to keep pace with the changing pressures and the management man-agement program. To avoid conflict with the law the angler should acquaint himself with the 1937 proclama- tlon wherein these rules and regulations are listed. j Proclamations may be obtained obtain-ed from license agents throughout through-out the state. |
