Show Funeral Services Held for Royden Burr Carter ENOCH Funeral serv'ces were conducted Saturday at the Enoch Ward chapel for Royden Burr Carter, 6, who died In the Iron County Hospital on Thursday, May 7, following a short Illness. The six-year-old youth was a son of Mr. and Mrs. Royden V. Carter. He was born In Provo July 7, 1951 to Royden V. and Norma Burr Carter. He Is survived by his parents, a sister Carola; a brother, Rowe Lee, all of Enoch; grandparents, Mr and Mrs. Austin Aus-tin R. Carter, Provo and Mrs. Lee Ea.i Burr, Orem; great-grandmothers, Mrs. Hettie L. Henrie, Pan-guitch, Pan-guitch, and Mrs. Julia Burr, Prove Invocation at the funeral services ser-vices was given by Roland Anderson. An-derson. Musical numbers Included a vocal quartet by Lynn and Ann Grimshaw, Lona Anderson and Amy Matheson, "Jesus Wants Me for a Sunbeam," a vocal solo by Janet Murie, "I am a Child of God;" and a duet, "Beyond the Sunset," by George D. Grimshaw and Elwln Armstrong. Talks were given by Elmer Cox and Henry Grimshaw and the benediction was by J. Hunter Hunt-er Gibson. Bursal was In Provo and Mr. and Mrs. Earl Murie of Enoch accompanied ac-companied the Carters to Provo. Out-of-town visitors at the funeral fu-neral included grandparents of the deceased and brothers and sisters of Mr. and Mrs. Carter. |
