Show Alan Harter Named To Honorary Business Social Frat ALAN HARTER Alan Harter, Cedar City student now attending Utah State University, Univer-sity, has been named to membership member-ship in Phi Kappa Phi, honorary nairnal scholarship fraternity. In announcing the honor coming com-ing to Alan, M. R. Morrill, dean. College of Business and Social Science, addressd a letter of congratulations con-gratulations to Alan's parents, Mr. and Mrs. A. R. Harter, which reads, in part as follows: Representing the faculty of the College of Business and Social Sciences, I want to congratulate you on the election of your son. Alan, to membership in Phi Kappa Kap-pa Phi. This ih the honorary national na-tional scholarship fraternity and membership is limited to the top 10 per cent in scholarship In a graduating class. We consider this election a great honor. It demonstrates both intellectual quality and serious work. We are always very proud of those of our students who reach this level of perf.'-mance.
