Show I Zion Park Employee Retires After 30 Years Superintendent Frank R. Ober-hansley Ober-hansley of Zion National Park presented a Commcnda!))" Srv-ice Srv-ice award to Mr El?a t Puesch at a special ceremony held in the visitor center recently. The ceremony cere-mony was attended by all permanent per-manent and seasonal employees of the park. Mrs. Ruesch retired June 30, 11 after 30 years of Federal Government service. She was employed em-ployed by the Indian Service at Myton, Utah and Blackfoot, Idaho, Ida-ho, before she entered the National Na-tional Park Service on May 18, 1931, at Zion-Bryce Canyon National Na-tional Park. During her employment employ-ment with the National Park Service Ser-vice she held several different positions in the administration division at Zion National Park, and was employed as time, leave and payroll clerk at the time of I her retirement. Mrs. Ruesch was presented a j rw-partment of the Interior Cita-j Cita-j tl , Honor Award Certificate, a j I r.i; . Medal and Lapel Emblem. She umj received the Department of Interior Lifetime Pass. Mr. Oberhansley expressed hi3 personal congratulations to Mrs. Ruesch and thanked her for her j many years of faithful government govern-ment serlve. |
