Parowan, Escalante To Stage Swimming Pool Benefit Saturday The Basketball game to be played on the Parowan floor on Saturday night of this week between be-tween the Parowan High School Rams and the team from the Escalante Es-calante High School, will be a swimming pool benefit, with all proceeds from the event to go into the municipal swimming pool fund, it is announced by the school officials and the swimming swim-ming pool committee of the Parowan Par-owan Chamber of Commerce. Worth L. Orton, C of C. president pres-ident and also chairman of the pool committee, states that tickets tick-ets will be sold for the game In advance to help raise funds to be used In construction of the new pool. Tickets will be 50 cents for adults and 25 cents for children, chil-dren, and the support of all the people of the community is urged in the undertaking. There will be two games during dur-ing the evening. The Junior varsity var-sity teams of the two schools will meet at 6:30 p. m. and this game will be followed by the varsity game at 8 p. m.
