Show Dimick Transferred to Atlantic City Site Robert R. Dimick has been named a geological engineer for U. S. Stool's Atlantic City Iron Mine, it was announced today by R. C. Morgan, mine engineer for the new operations now under construction near Lander, Wyo. Born In Wattis, Utah, Mr. Dimick Di-mick was graduated from Brig-ham Brig-ham Young University with a B. S. degree In geology. He began his steelmaking career In the open hearth division of U. S. Steel's Geneva Works In 1951. After two years' service with the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Engi-neers, he transferred to U. S. Steel's Columbia Iron Mining Company, Cedar City, as a junior jun-ior geologist. In 1959, he was promoted to geologist, the posi-j tion he held until his present appointment. Mr. Dimick, his wife Barbara, and their three children formerly former-ly lived at 494 South 75 East, Cedar City. They plan to make their new home in the Lander area. |
