Local Delegate Attends Girl Scout Confab I ita Esplin of Cedar City representing re-presenting the Navajo Lake Neighborhood of the Girl Scouts of America, was in attendance recently at a Regional Conference Confer-ence of Girl Scouts staged at Los Angeles, California. Region 12 conference includes organizations within the states of Utah, Nevada, Arizona, California Cali-fornia and Hawaii. Mrs. Esplin was a part of the Utah delegation of 16 which made up the largest state representation repre-sentation outside of the host state of California. Featured speaker of the conference con-ference was Mrs. Holton Price, fourth vice president of the Girl Grouts of America. At the conference the Utah delegation de-legation pledged to get 3102 new Girl Scouts within the next two year period. Mrs. Esplin will report the conference to leaders in the Navajo Na-vajo Lake Neighborhood at a meeting scheduled for Friday, Dec. 15. 1
