Show Cancer Crusade Goal Set at $2,500-Co. $2,500-Co. Chaimian States The strength of the American Cancer Society comes from the generous people who donate thelf time and money to this worthwhile worth-while cause, Working with the slogan "To Cure More Give More," Herschel Neeley, Iron County Crusade chairman, announced the 1962 goal to be $2,500. "We feel con fiiknt this goal can and will be reached," he said. The Cancer Society is one oi the very few organizations work ing to "put ourselves out of bus Iness." It is the hope of the So clety that this dream will be come a reality in the near fu ture. This can only be achieved by two important programs: First, Education. People musl have the knowledge to protect themselves from cancer by reg. ular physical checkups and by being alert to cancer's seven danger dan-ger signals. I Second: Research. Only through research can we hope to secure a cure for cancer. More and more people are be ing cured of cancer every day.
