Show Hint of Spring Brings Out Fishing Questions A hint of spring in the air brings thoughts of fishing and a number of questions regarding this sport to Department of Fish and Game offices throughout the state. Department spokesmen advised today that while the June 1 opening op-ening of the general trout season is still some weeks away, there are more than 100 Utah waters open to all year fishing on an around-the-clock basis. Many are trout waters, others are home to the so-called warm water species such as catfish, walleyed pike, basse, perch, etc. Anglers were asked to check a copy of the 1963 angling proclamation proc-lamation which lists the year round waters and all other regulations regu-lations pertaining to the angling ang-ling seasons this year. Proclamations Procla-mations are available from department de-partment offices or license venders ven-ders throughout the state. |
