Show Former Resident Mrs. Frank Mutter Honored in California Mrs. Frank Mutter, the former Glenna Lowder of Parowan, was made an honorary life member of the Bayview Parent-Teacher Association, during a founders' day program held by her association asso-ciation recently. The announcement announce-ment of Mrs. Mutter's honor was made in the March 13 Issue of the Dally News-Press published at Costa Mesa, Calif. Mrs. Mutter was presented with her life membership card and pin by the president of the PTA as well as a special orchid corsage made by one of the ladies lad-ies of the PTA group. Mrs. Mutter served the Bay-view Bay-view PTA as president in 1960. She also has been a room mother and parliamentarian, and at present is program chairman and first vice president. She also holds the job of publicity chair, man for the Harbor Council and finds time to teach dancing to Bayview physical education classes clas-ses two afternoons a week. Mrs. Mutter is a native of Par-wan, Par-wan, being one of eight children of Mr. and Mrs. M. E. Lowder of this city. She worked her way through high chool as an employee em-ployee of the Utah Parks Co. and the Union Pacific Railroad She has been a resident of California Califor-nia since 1943 where she was employed as a dance teacher at Arthur Murray's dance studio, where she met her husband. The family, consisting of Mr. and Mrs. Mutter and their two children, chil-dren, Michael, 10 and Jacque age five, have lived in Santa Ana Heights for the past ten years. tion of F. F.
