Show Robert Smiths Retire As Store Heads Monday evening present and past employees of the Cedar City Sprouse-Rritz stnrp honored Mr. and Mrs. Robert Smith upon their retirement from the company, with a dinner party at Hotel Ll-escalante. Ll-escalante. Tables were decorated in red, white and blu c lor, with n scroll "to the Smiths" at each place setting. Decorations weie under the direction of Mrs. Giles Bolander and Mrs. Clarence Randall. Ran-dall. Mrs. Stan Kitterman acted as master of ceremonies. A musical musi-cal program was presented, consisting con-sisting of a vocal selection by Miss Christine Houchen, a vocal duet by Mr. and Mrs. Howard Wood, and a vocal number by Bert Carpenter. Mrs. William Burton accompanied at the piano. pia-no. Mrs. Wallace Osborne gave a toast to the honored couple and presented Mrs. Smith with an orchid from the present employees. em-ployees.
