Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer En-gineer to change or appropriate water in Iron County, State of Utah, throughout the entire year, and all location being from SLB&M, unless otherwise designated. desig-nated. To Change: a-2647 Southern Utah Power Company, 107 N. Main St., Cedar City, Ut. proposes to change the point of diverstion of 5.77 sec. ft. of water evidenced by Certificate No. 3745. The water has been diverted from Coal Creek at a point N. 01 30" E. 783 ft. from W4 Cor. Sec. 18, T3GS, R10W, and used for cooling purposes in a steam plant. No water has been consumed and 5.77 sec. ft. has bwn returned to Coal Creek at a point N. 32 00' W. 663 ft. from E4 Cor. Sec. 13, T36S, R11W. Hereafter, it is proposed to divert di-vert 5.77 sec. ft. along with other oth-er waters at a point N. 817 ft. and E. 173 ft. from WHi Cor. Sec. 18, T36S, R10W, where it will be used for cooling purposes In two steam-power plants, which uses will consume no water, and all of the water will be returned to the natural channel at the following fol-lowing points: (1) N. 782 ft. and W. 16 ft, (2) N. 780 ft. and W. 20 ft.. 3) N. 754 ft. and W. 84 ft.. (4) N. 724 ft. and E. 149 ft all from EVi Cor. Sec. 13. T36S, R11W. a -2657 James F. G. Hunter, 4662 Terrace Drive, San Diego, California, proposes to change the point of diverstion f 2 sec ft. of water initiated by Application Appli-cation No. 16535. The water was to have been diverted at a point N. 50 ft. and E. 50 ft. from SW Cor. Sec. 14. T35S, R16W, and used from Mar. 15 to Oct. 15 to Irrigate 80 acres of land embraced em-braced in WViSWVi Sec. 14, T35S. R16W, and for year-round incidental inci-dental domestic and stock-watering purposes. Hereafter, it is proposed to divert di-vert 2 sec. ft. of water from a 16-in. 16-in. well, 192 ft deep at a point N. 53.1 ft. and E. 365.8 ft. from SW Cor Sec. 14, T35S, R16W. The water is to be used during the same period and for the same purposes as heretofore. a-2681 C. M. Gribble, Route 2, Box 1002. Fair Oaks, California, Cali-fornia, proposes to change the point of diverstion of 1.5 sec. ft. of water initiated by Application Applica-tion to Segregate No. 17073 a. The water was to be diverted at a point N. 50 ft. and W. 2600 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 1. T35S, R17W, and used from Mar. 15 to Oct. 15 as a supplemental supply to irrigate ir-rigate 160 acres of land embraced em-braced in SEU Sec. 1, T35S, R17W. Hereafter, it is proposed to divert di-vert 1.5 sec. ft. of water from a 14-in. well bet. 250 and 300 ft. deep at a point N. 100 ft. and W. 1320 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 1, T35S, R17W, and used during the same period and for the same purposes as heretofore. To Appropilate: 20025 John M. Bladen. Cedar City, Utah, .222 see. ft. for domestic use from Squaw Cave Creek at a point S 211 ft. and W. 670 ft. from NE Cor. Sec. 23, T36S, R11W, which Is the center cen-ter of a dam. to be constructed to a height of 42 ft. The reservoir reser-voir will have a capacity of 25.97 Ac. ft., and will inundate 2.55 acres of land embraced in NE'4-NEVi NE'4-NEVi said Sec. 23.
