Show Shearing School Set At Branch College March 17-20 Iron County Agricultural Agent Stephen L. Brower announces that a special shearing school will be conducted at the Branch Agricultural college March 17 through 20. and invites everyone interested in learning to shear to arrange to attend. The school is made possible, through the cooperation co-operation of the Extension Service, Ser-vice, local wcK'lgrowers. shearers and the Branch Agricultural college. col-lege. A committee composed of Lehi M. Jones, chairman. Darrell Matthews, Mat-thews, Rulon Wood. Roland Anderson, An-derson, Hakon Anderson and .Mr. Brower, is in charge of the school, which is designed to give special spe-cial training to prospective shearers. The school will be held at 1 p. m. on each of the above days. As a climax to the school a special shearing contest, for professionals, pro-fessionals, will be conducted under un-der the national sheep shearing contest rules. |
