Show Lindstrom Painting To Hang In Famous Exhibit Gaoll Lindstrom, art instructor at the Cedar City Junior high school, has had one of his water colors accepted for hanging in the annual exhibit of the American Ameri-can Water Color Association, the highist honor that can be wen by a water color painter today. Mr. Lindstrom was the on! Utah artist to have a painting accepted by the association, and one of only a very few from the western or intermountain states area. The association collection is now on exhibit in New York City. The Lindstrom painting that was accepted by the association was his "Gough Street", the painting with which he won first place in the water color division divi-sion ot the Utah State Fair in 1952. The painting, purchased after af-ter the State Fair, now belongs to the art collection of the Branch Agricultural college. |
