ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF, UTAH, IN AND FOR IRON COUNTY. In the Matter of the Adoption of STEVEN MERRILL KUNZ, a Minor. Morrill B. Kunz and Alma Kunz Morris, having filed herein their petition for the adoption of the above named minor child (being the child of Clemens F. Jaeger and Thores Velma Bronn Jaeger) it is ordered that said petition he and it is hereby set for hearing hear-ing Tuesday, September 1T, 1953. at 10 a. m. at the courtroom of the above entitled court at Parowan. Paro-wan. Iron Count v. Utah: and that all persons interested be and they art hereby ordered then and there to appear and show cause, if any they have, why the said petition should not be granted. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that notice of said hearing and of this order be given by personal service of a copy of this order upon the above named Clemens F. Jaeger and Thores Velma Brown Jaeger, if their present whereabouts is known or can be! ascertained by the petitioners, and if not, then by publication of a copy of this notice in four consecutive Issues of the Iron County Record, a weekly news paper published at Cedar City, ! iron County, Utah, and by mailing mail-ing copies to each of the said perents of said minor at their last known post office addresses; such mailing to be done at least twenty days prior to the date of said hearing.
