He points out that when a hearing was held on the proposed city well project he asked if, in the event the project dried up his well, the city would allow him to tap the line to leplace the lost supply. "At that time," he said, "I was told by the mayor that the city could and would undoubtedly undoubted-ly be willing to do that." Now Mr. Williams is asking the city for releif in the situation, situa-tion, but to date no action has ben taken on the matter. |
