Show ORDER. SUMMONS AND NOTICE" Civil No. 2118 IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF THE FIFTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT IN AND FOR IRON COUNTY, STATE OF UTAH In the Matter of the General Determination De-termination of the Rights to the Use of Water, Both Surface and Underground, in Escalante Valley Val-ley Drainage Area South of the Town of Opal, Including But not Limited to Pinto Creek, Shoal Creek and Tributaries Thereto, And the Beryl and Milford Underground Un-derground Water Areas. The State Engineer of the State of Utah having filed herein a Proposed Determination of all Water Rights, both surface and underground, in the above mentioned men-tioned drainage area, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 4, Title 73, Utah Code Annotated, 1953, and it appearing by affidavit affi-davit that the State Engineer has made due and diligent search end inquiry to ascertain the names of all claimants to the use of water, both surface or underground, un-derground, within said drainage area, and has caused summons to be personally served upon or has secured the entry of an appearance ap-pearance by all claimants whose names and places of residence or post office addresses have been ascertained, and has also caused to be mailed to each of said claimants whose names and place of residence or post office address has been so ascertained a copy of said Proposed Determination Deter-mination of Water Rights; and it further appearing that the State Engineer has done or performed all acts and things required of him under and by virtue of said Chapter 4 of Title 73, Utah Code Annotated 1953; now, therefore, it is hereby ORDERED that Tuesday, the 29th day of September, 1953, at 10:00 a. m. at the courtroom of the above entitled Court In Par-owan, Par-owan, Iron County, Utah, be, and it is hereby, fixed as the time and place for the commencement of hearings in the above entitled matter and that all claimants and all persons having objections objec-tions to the approval by the Court of said Proposed Determination Determin-ation of Water Rights, are hereby here-by ordered and required to take notice of the aforesaid commencement com-mencement of hearings of said matter and of all continuances and adjourned hearings thereon; and it is further ORDERED that all persons and claimants having objections to the approval of said Proposed Determination, or any part thereof, there-of, who have not heretofore filed their objections thereto, are hereby here-by summoned and required to appear and file with the Clerk ol this Court within twenty days after af-ter the last publication of this Order their objections In writing, setting forth specifically their claims, and objections, or be forever barred and enjoined from asserting or claiming any right to the use of water within the above described and entitled drainage area and water sources; except as set forth In said Proposed Pro-posed Determination and it is further ORDERED that notice of said hearings and of this Order be given by publication of a copy of this Order once each week for five successive weeks in the Iron County Record, a weekly newspaper news-paper published at Cedar City, Iron County, Utah, and in the Milford News, a weekly newspaper news-paper published In Milford, Beaver Bea-ver County, Utah, said newspapers newspap-ers being hereby designated as the newspapers most likely to give notice to persons interested in water rights in the aforesaid drainage area.
