Show Subscription Contest Ends; Winners Announced -Later The contest is over and the results re-sults have been outstanding in the- Iron County Record Subscription Subscrip-tion contest. No we are not going to tell you who won, but we are going to tell vou that an additional prize, a fcurth prize, has been added in the contest to be given away with the others at the , Cedar Theatre on Saturday evening, between be-tween the first and second show. The fourth prize lias been added add-ed because of the great amount of success by the youngsters in this contest. Natuially our emphasis em-phasis was on new subscriptions and so we scored on the basis of 5000 points for new subscriptions and 3000 points for renewed subscriptions. sub-scriptions. We don't mind telling you that for the top honois there was less than the equivilanl of a renewed subscription scperating the contestants con-testants in one instance, indicating indicat-ing how close and how hard these Ifn-nfra worknH Contestants who participated in the expansion program of the Iron County Record will be guests ot the Iron County Record at the show Saturday night. All that is necessary is that each contestant contest-ant drop into the Record office and pickup his ticket to the show, which incidentally is "Sta-lag "Sta-lag 17." At the theatre prizes will be awarded. Prizes are: First prize- Complete Erownie motion picture camera outfit, including in-cluding the camera, projector and screen from Zion Ptoto. Second prize: A $50 school ensemble en-semble to he chosen by the winner win-ner at either Stevens & Co., Castleton's or Priscilla Shop. Third and fourth prizes: Wrist watches for either bor or girl from Mullctt Jewelry. |
