Show NEWS NOTES OF SUMMIT ACTIVITIES By Hulda Peterson Mrs. May Simkins of Circle-ville, Circle-ville, Utah, is here visiting with her brother-in-law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Nelson Madsen, for an indefinite time. Mrs. Carol D. Davis and two smajl daughters of Richfield are here visiting with Mrs. Davis' parents, Mr. and Mrs. Otta P. Dalley. The 4-H girls returned home Saturday afternoon from the summer camp at Duck Creek. All report having had a fine time. Mr. and Mrs. John Wittwer of Las Vegas, Nev., visited here briefly with Mrs. Hulda Peterson, enroute to Salt Lake City to join the Salt Lake Tabernacle Choir for its' tour of Europe. While in Germany they will visit with their son Gale, who is serving with the military forces there. Mr. and Mrs. Edward Underwood Under-wood of Los Angeles cajled at the home of their uncle and aunt, Mr. and Mrs. Wilford Lawrence, Sunday afternoon. They were on their way to Salt Lake City to attend at-tend the funeral service for an aunt of Mr. Underwood. The MIA members enjoyed on outing Tuesday night, and report having an excellent time. Mr. and Mrs. Hyrum Humph-eries Humph-eries and Mr. and Mrs. Rudger Fife and their families enjoyed a very pleasant mountain outing Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Dean Mackel-prang Mackel-prang and their children of Compton, Calif., visited at the Rudger Fife home Monday. |
