Show Cedar Rotary Club Adopts Plan For Student Exchange The members ofjhe Cedar City Rotary Club in regular meeting Tuesday unanimously approved an exchange student project that should prove very worthwhile. Under the project the members of the club will make personal contributions con-tributions to a fund to make it possible for a foreign student to attend the College of Southern Utah in Cedar City during the coming school year. The project was proposed by the International Relations Committee Com-mittee of the club with Jim Amend as chairman, and Ianthus Wright, chairman of the sub-committee In International student projects. Arrangements will be completed complet-ed with college officials this week and the student, probably from Mexico or Honduras, to attend at-tend the local college will be selected se-lected in time for registration al the opening of school early in September. |
