Show City Procures Tract To Maintain Area Right-of-Way Mayor Arnold Anderson announces an-nounces that an agreement has been reached with the R. L. Bird Sign Co. which overcomes obstacles ob-stacles in keeping a right-of-way opened into the Indian vil-Jage vil-Jage area and leading from the north of the city to the Cedar Stake Welfare Building and the city recreation field east of the city. The sign company had acquired ac-quired property on the east side of North Main Street adjacent to the Dixie National Forest yards, which made it difficult' to maintain main-tain a right-of-way into the above-mentioned areas without crossing over that company's property. This week the Bird Sign Company Com-pany deeded 22 feet of the property prop-erty to the city, and this coupled with the property already owned by the cltly makes it possible to establish and maintain a CO-foot street running east from High- i,n.. n-t ir.u r1 |
