Show JUNIOR . ' HI - LITES by By CYNTHIA WILLIAMS Hi Friends! It seems like the cooler the weather gets, the busier the jun-lor jun-lor high students are. This year's students have really got the "building bus'selling!" This Is especially es-pecially true in the fall of the year with that Halloween spirit in the air. The whole student body is looking forward to a dance, show, assembly and spook alley. These activities have been a little harder to arrange this year due to the fact that we have no place to hold them. However, the student council has planned to have the dance at the Armory on the evening of the 31st, from eight to 10 p.m., followed by a I spook show at the Cedar Theatre. Thomas Abplanalp, principal of the east elementary, has been helping a committee from the Junior high with a spook alley. Ghosts and goblins will be waiting all evening for the students stu-dents in the basement of the east elementary. Mrs. Frame, who is in charge of the assembly, said that she was planning on having two short plays. One is called "The Ghost in the Green Gown" and the other is called "Who's Afraid of Ghosts?" The characters' were taken from the 11 o'clock drama class. It-sure looks like fun Is in store for all, doesn't it? The junior high especially wants to wish the high school football team loads of luck in their coming game with Beaver, which they (junior high) will get out of school to see. Bye, bye, now. See you next week! |
