Show Jaycees Give Thanks To Participants In Recent Fund Drive The recently completed Jaycee Christmas Lighting fund cam-paign cam-paign was a huge success, it was reported by those in charge of the project. The response from citizens is very much" appreciated, they stated. The Jeep which was given away at the Deer Hunter's ball Thursday evening was awarded to Clayton Petty, a senior student stu-dent at the Cedar City High School. The money raised from the project will be used exclusively exclusive-ly for Christmas lighting and the annual Christmas opening, according ac-cording to club president, Ronald Ron-ald Morgan. . With the hejp of the contributions contribu-tions obtained on the Jeep project, pro-ject, and the beginning of a new program adopted last season, the Jaycees expect to make Cedar City one of the best lighted cities cit-ies in the state and the best for comparable size. |
