Show Stake Conference to Stress Priesthood Work The regular quarterly conference confer-ence of the Parowan Stake wI0 convene here on Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 12 and 13, according accord-ing to an announcement made this week by W. Clair Rowley, stake president. This conference will stress the work of the Priesthood, with a special meeting set for 8 p. m. Saturday, Nov. 12 in the First-Second First-Second Ward chapel with Priesthood Priest-hood leaders and members and their wives urgently requested to attend. This meeting will be preceded pre-ceded at 6:30 by a Priesthood Leadership meeting. General sessions of the conference confer-ence will be held on Sunday at 10 a. m. and 2 p. m. in the Third Ward chapel with a Mutual Improvement Im-provement session set for 7:30 p. m. President Rowley announced that an effort will be made to get a 50 per cent attendance, of Parowan Stake members at the general sessions of the conference. confer-ence. No announcement has been made as to who will represent the generaj church authorities at the conference, President Rowley states. He adds that D. Amasa Stones, stake chorister, " has arranged ar-ranged for the Parowan High School mixed chorus directed by LaNolr Asay, to furnish special music for the general sessions of the conference. |
