Kiwanis Club Plans Organization Of Cub Scout Dens Eligible Cub scouts of Cedur City are invited to attend a meeting meet-ing at El Escalante hotel Friday evening, Jan. 2, 1953 at 7:30. This meeting has been called by the Cedar City Kiwanis club in an effort to organize a number of Cub Scout dens in Cedar City. All boys of eligible age. between be-tween eight and 11 years old are urged to attend by Kiwanis leaders. lead-ers. District scout supervisor Dwayne Christensen will be in charge of the meeting and will direct the organization of the Dens. It is pointed out that the organization or-ganization of Cub scouting in Cedar City will be of great advantage ad-vantage to these youths in preparing pre-paring them for Boy Scout work.
