Show Businessman Made Vice Chairman Of Heart Fund Drive One of Utah's outstanding bus-inessmen bus-inessmen has been named as vice chairman for the Utah Heart Association's annual Heart Fund drive according to a news' release re-lease from the desk of the 1!T3 chairman. Milton L. Weilen-mann. Weilen-mann. Named as vice chairman is W. L. O'Meara. trust officer of the Continental Bank in Salt Lake City. He will direct the drive activities for the entire state excluding Salt Lake City and county which will be included in-cluded in the duties of Chairman Weilenmann. The American Heart Association, Associa-tion, of which the Utah Heart Association is an affiliate, is the only national voluntary health agency working exclusively in this field. Its membership includes in-cludes leading physicians and prominent lay leaders in industry, indus-try, labor and the professions. The slogan "Help your Heart Fund Help your Heart" expresses ex-presses the conviction that a contribution con-tribution to the Heart Fund sup-j sup-j ports local and national programs' pro-grams' objectives or research, education ed-ucation and community service which are designed to protect healthy hearts and to bring the benefits of the latest advances in research to those suffering from heart disease. Research has brought about signtficant progress in the diagnosis, diag-nosis, treatment and prevention of heart disease.
