Show Only Five British Ships Fully Manned in Shake-Up LONDON. An Admiralty spokesman spokes-man said that a cruiser and four destroyers de-stroyers would be the only fully manned warships of Britain's home fleet while crews are being read-Justed read-Justed to fit manpower reductions In the navy.
