Show School To Present Christmas Program Sunday, December 21, at 8:15 In the First ward chapel, the people of Cedar City and vicinity will have a wonderful treat in store for them. That Is the date of the Christmas concert to be given by the High School Mixed Chorus. For the last nine weeks, 70 students have been waking at the crack of dawn in order or-der to go to school and sing for the fun of singing. They are under the direction of Mr. Edward A. Sandgren and have all worked hard to prepare the program. pro-gram. Among the numbers will be a group of Christmas Carols, and such well-known works as "Barcal-ole", "Barcal-ole", "Youll Never Walk Alone", "The Orchestra" and "Thanks Be To God." The highlight of the evening ev-ening is to be the cantata "Twas the Night Before Christmas." The students are also giving programs pro-grams to the B. A. C, our high school, and at Parowan during the coming week. If you are looking for something to enjoy and make you have the Christmas spirit you should heai the High school chorus. |
