Show p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter mat-ter can be heard, in the City Council Chambers, Bountiful City Hall, 790 South 100 East, Bountiful, Utah. The purpose of this hearing will be to determine the interest in and ascertain the advisability of approving or disapproving dis-approving an amendment to the Revised Re-vised Ordinances of Bountiful, 1965, as amended, to wit: Amending Title XIV, Chapter 2, Section 300, by defining "handicapped person" and "residential "re-sidential facility for handicapped person." Amending XIV, Chapter 5, Section 800, "Table of Land Use Regulations" by providing for residential facilities for handicapped hand-icapped persons as a Permitted Use in the following Neighborhoods Neighbor-hoods and Districts: Neighborhood 1, District 7 and 9; Neighborhood 2, Neighborhood Neigh-borhood 3, District 6; Neighborhood Neighbor-hood 4, Neighborhood 5; Neighborhood Neigh-borhood 6, Districts 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 10, 11, and 12; Neighborhood 7, District 4, Neighborhood 9, Districts 5 and 6; and providing for residential facilities for handicapped persons per-sons as a Conditional Use in the following Neighborhoods and Districts: Neighborhood 1, Districts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8 and 10; Neighor-hood Neighor-hood 3, Districts 1,2,3,4, and 5; Neighborhood 6, Districts 5,7,9 and 13; Neighborhood 7, Districts Dis-tricts 1, 2, and 3; Neighborhood 8; Neighborhood 9, Districts 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 8 and 9; and Neighborhoods Neighbor-hoods 10 and 11. Amending Title XIV, Chapter 5, Section 900 establishing a criteria for residential facilities for handicapped persons. The public is invited to attend and voice opinion either for or against this proposal. If you cannot attend, please feel free to voice opinion in writing or by agent or attorney.
