NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, at the North main entrance, Davis County Courthouse, State & Main Streets, Farmington, Utah, on September 15, 1988, at 11:15 a.m. of said day, for the purpose of foreclosing that certain Trust Deed dated May 5, 1984 and executed by THOMAS MARK HADLEY and JOYCE SUZELL HADLEY, his wife, as Trustors, Trus-tors, in favor of ICA MORTGAGE CORPORATION, as beneficiary, covering cov-ering real property located at 1390 North 550 East, Bountiful, Utah, in Davis County, and more particularly described as: All of Lot 22, NORTH PARK SUBDIVISION, PLAT "C", according to the official plat thereof, on file and of record in the County Recorder's Office.
