Show Roueche and Jo Anne S. Roueche, his wife, as Trustors, and recorded July 5, 1979 as Entry No. 537375 in Book 778 at pages 71 1 of the Official Records of Davis County, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in favor of BARNES BANKING COMPANY and (now owned and held by BARNES BANKING BANK-ING COMPANY) by reason of the breach of certain obligations secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded May 5, 1988 as Entry No. 823986 in Book 1232 at page 982 of said Official Records. Re-cords.
