AMENDED NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful ,, money of the United States at the time of sale, at the North main entrance, Davis County Courthouse, State & Main Streets, Farmington, Utah, on September 15, 1988, at 11:15 a.m. of said day, for the purpose of foreclosing that certain Trust Deed dated September Septem-ber 2, 1982 and executed by LLOYD J. THOMAS and JOAN W. THOMAS, as Trustors, in favor of CITY CONSUMER CON-SUMER SERVICES, INC., as beneficiary, benefi-ciary, covering real property located at 1268 West 1750 North, Clinton, in Davis County, and more particularly described as: All of Lot 22, MUIR MEADOWS SUBDIVISION NO. 1, in the City of Clinton, Davis County, Utah, according to the official plat thereof.
